It's a beautiful summer day today; which means it is time to start preparations for the 2025 Winter Community Breakfast. 😊
At the club meeting on the 24th, we voted to hold the event again this year. Overall, this is our largest single event. It’s year-over-year success is due to your help and efforts. We will need them again this year. To reduce the intensity of preparations, we have aligned the planning with our fiscal year. Our first committee meeting will be held in July, with my hope that you will consider joining. Read on for more info about roles.

Fund Raising Lead | Solicit funds from the community for sponsorships or partnerships |
Decorations lead | Coordinate decorations and preparations the day before event |
Marketing Lead | Conduct marketing and research to ensure the event meets needs of guests and sponsors |
Volunteer Coordinator | Recruit volunteers and coordinate volunteers on day of event |
Food coordinator | Prepare menu and source all food items. Work with Fund Raiser for in-kind donations. |
Promotions Lead | Coordinate activities to promote the event |
Community Participation Coordinator | Solicit participation from the community and high school |
Sign Placement | Place and pick up promotional signs |
Day of event volunteering | Includes set up, supporting the event, and break down |
