Bedford Day on Saturday, September 19, was a resounding success for the club!
With two bustling booths—one sharing information about our mission and projects, and the other serving up hot slices of pizza—we enjoyed a steady stream of community members throughout the entire fair. In fact, pizza demand was so high that eager fairgoers were already hunting for a slice at 10:00 AM, well before our pizzas arrived from Ken's!
Adding to our presence across the fair, Ralph supported the Bedford Science Center’s booth, proudly wearing Rotary gear to showcase Rotary’s active involvement and support for local organizations.
The day proved to be a success as a fundraiser, starting us off in a good place for next year’s annual giving. Beyond the financial victory, it was a wonderful opportunity to be seen in the community, reconnect with local friends and partners, and simply enjoy spending time working alongside one another.
We should all be extremely proud of this result. Thank you to everyone who stepped up and volunteered, and a special thanks to Tom, Debi, and Diana for coordinating the efforts so seamlessly.
